In Fitness Tips

With the new year just around the corner, many people have on their list of resolutions “getting fit” or “achieving the perfect body”. I will share my top five secrets to achieve the perfect body.

I have told you many times that it is impossible to put aside the diet. There is no denying that diet is a crucial piece of the puzzle when it comes to achieving the perfect body. There are many personal trainers, exercise equipment and commercials that promise to eliminate thousands of calories with a simple exercise.

Do not believe that! There are two sides to any equation, and in this case, the equation for achieving the perfect body requires a good diet and an exercise routine.

The two sides of the coin

For years, People have focused solely on diet to help them lose weight. It was a common theme in between, but science has shown that there are many benefits to being physically active. Regular physical activity can help you improve your mood, improve your physical well-being, slow down the aging process, increase your self-esteem, and other benefits. It can also help you to improve your nutrition needs as it can keep the body balanced for a longer time. When you start exercising you may notice that you start wanting to eat healthy things. By eating healthily you will have more energy to exercise.

What is the perfect body?

A perfect body is not just about how it looks physically. It is a body that is healthy and ready to perform the tasks you need, and thus have a more complete life. My definition of ‘perfect’ is very personal and always changes. There is no standard list of what a perfect body is, despite what the media show. The equation for a perfect body can be to strive to feel healthy and energetic, to see you fit or to achieve your best performance, or a combination of the three. Whatever your definition, you have to have a 100% positive attitude so that you can succeed.

I have to admit, I’m tired of the letter P. This article was inspired by a strange person with whom I bumped into the airport, who asked me my definition of a perfect body. What caused the question? It may be my stretching routine that I performed after a 15-hour flight, or standing abs I was performing while waiting for my other flight. I’m glad to know he left with more than a short answer. She left knowing that we all deserve to feel healthy, and to log it is simpler than I thought.
